By engaging in the car detailing services provided by Auto Detail.Pro ("we", "us", or "our"), the customer ("you" or "your") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Service

2. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care in handling your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Liability for Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for any pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, or damage to the vehicle that may be exposed or inadvertently worsened during the detailing process.
• Damage to Paint or Surfaces: Although we use professional-grade products and equipment, detailing services may, on occasion, reveal imperfections in the vehicle’s paint or other surfaces. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicle paint, trim, or other finishes.
• Vehicle Age and Condition: The age, condition, and previous treatments of the vehicle may affect the outcome of detailing. We are not liable for any damage arising from the age or condition of the vehicle, including worn paint, rust, or other structural issues.
• Scratches or Damage During Service: While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for any minor scratches or imperfections that may occur during the detailing process, including those caused by cleaning, waxing, or polishing.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in an appropriate condition for detailing. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that are deemed excessively dirty, damaged, or unsafe to work on (e.g., vehicles with broken or missing parts that may cause injury or damage during detailing).
• Valuables and Personal Items: You are responsible for removing any valuable items, personal property, or fragile objects from your vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

4. Inspection and Approval
